The registration deadline for PLAYERS CUP is AUGUST 1, 2016. Acceptance notifications will be e-mailed on or
before August 1, 2016. Early acceptance may be granted for teams
traveling from outside Cal South, with the decision made within two (2)
weeks after receiving the application provided the application and
payment has been received. Early registration
and multiple team discounts are available. Contact Tournament Director
for more info.
Entries submitted after AUGUST 1, 2016
will be considered for acceptance provided there is still space in a
specific age bracket. However, if there is not space, your application
will be retained on our wait list for consideration if an accepted team
drops out of the tournament. If your application arrives without
payment, and payment is not received by AUGUST 1, 2016, your
application will be considered as a late entry. Payment may be made by Credit Card or Cashiers Check. The completed Cashiers Check (with TEAM | AGE GROUP | COACH noted clearly on the check) should be made payable and mailed to:

REFUND POLICY

A FULL Refund will be made to all teams not accepted.

Refunds will be made if the tournament
is cancelled due to weather or Acts of God, but approximately one-third
of the entry fee will be retained due to costs associated.

Any team that withdraws from the
Tournament after the team has been accepted or on or after August 1,
2016, which ever date occurs first, will not receive a refund of any
kind.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Payment of the application fee may be made by either Cashier’s Check made payable to PLAYERS CUP or by Credit Card (a
convenience fee will be charged for the use of a credit card). Please
note: personal checks will not be accepted. Our on-line system will
accept Visa or MasterCard. Credit cards will not be charged until the
team has been accepted into the tournament. Cashier’s Checks will be
deposited once your team has been accepted. The status on your Team
Account will not be ‘Paid’ until your team has been accepted. Applications
will not be considered submitted and complete until either a check has
been received in our office or a credit card payment has been authorized
on or before AUGUST 1, 2016.
